The tastiest cake I have ever made! Simple and delicious! Only 2 eggs and no oil!

This cake is so easy to make and it’s incredibly delicious.
Make this cake in 5 minutes. Crunchy outside, sweet and fluffy inside.
Ingredients:
2 eggs (room t*)
130g caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50g melted butter (cooled)
180ml (2/3 cup) milk (room t*)
250-300g plain flour
10g baking powder
apricot jam
Bake for 40minutes at 180*C
