It's crazy even seeing Sharpton was like this over thirty years ago. How this man has any credibility is beyond me!

Horror I grew up 15 min from where she lived ---- complete insanity beyond and every time I see Sharpton moving on with his life, I think of that horrible time and how Brawley's lies destroyed so many innocent lives. I don't respect him and don't care what he has to say, ever.

Wow, every time he is asked a question. He talks about a ifferent case. Looking back on it. Its obvious he didn't care if it was true. If you want to talk just about money. How much was spent? How many lives were ruined? Al Sharpton still will not take any responsibility. Someone needs to bring this up again. Because clearly, he is using parts of this case to further his career to this day

But did Tawana Brawley get in any kind of trouble for lying and ruining peoples' lives? Hell to the no . . . because in this country liars like this and people who lie to 911 and people who lie in court never get punished.

Wow!! I thought "Al Sharpton" had changed. I will never watch him again. He's knows damn well OJ is guilty. When you have a lawyer you MUST tell him the truth, or he can't defend you. As for "The Glove" of course it didn't fit! OJ was a retired football player, he simply didn't take his anti-inflaitory meds that day. As for this case. Just admit you were wrong!

This has nothing to do with ok. This has something to do with your kind raping a black woman. Cause from the comment and the wording and the fact your worried about the wrong sh*t proves to me that your deflecting to something has nothing to do with this topic!!

For the advocate. They complained that there was a white interpreter there instead of a black one. These meetings and such, 5 troopers had their lives changed. Even though Tawana was found to be lying about everything. The officers were never repaid for legal costs and time missed. Some were fired.

I believe the focus should be on what ALL these adults from both sides did to this 15 year old child. They statutorily raped her and put her in a dumpster! All need to be held accountable, especially congress/government, police, Al Sharpton for sex trafficking children and inciting a riot. Al Sharpton needs to be in prison and Tawana protected. Tawana is the victim and its sickening how people are calling her a liar, when she was a child political pawn. The real victim is not that police officer, its Tawanna.

@HeckaLives6 жыл бұрын
What are you stupid? This is a fairly old video from NYT, re uploaded to a new channel. Furthermore, the contemporary understanding of the guilt of Cosby doesn't change the fact that back in the day he spoke on the Brawley case. You can't erase history. That's like cutting Nixon out of a documentary about US presidents because he was almost impeached. Finally, Cosby's inclusion isn't some 'declarative' statement. It's a clip of what actually happened. Asking the New York Times to take this down is actually the dumbest thing ever.
