Years after losing Samantha, the family also lost her older brother Lee. The family started a foundation in Samantha’s honor and there’s also a statue for victims of knife tragedies. I am always in awe of families who turn their tragedies into change.

I’m glad that you are making it clear that Sam had a very good experience as a teen mom. I have heard stories ranging from being kicked out to being attacked to the point that they miscarry to raising a child in a horrific environment only to have them taken by child services. So yes, Samantha literally had the best outcome you could ever have for a teen pregnancy and it should never be glamorized

I got pregnant when I was 19 years old during a very dark time (I had just been daignosed in the psych ward with PTSD and BPD) I had been living on my own since 17 so being a single mom made things a bit more hectic. I like how you spoke about how not everyone has a straight path in parenthood. I'm now 27 married , my 1st is 7, my 2nd is 10 months, and we got surprised about a week ago and found out we have one on the way. This story is so sad and it makes me appreciate what I have. (Edit: I just wish to add that I also had a miscarriage a few months before I got pregnant with my first so that had a big play in my mental state once I found out I was pregnant with my daughter)

Okay but... an 18 year old boyfriend IS older than a 15 year old. One of those is an adult, and one is a child. She wasn't even legally old enough to consent and he was a whole adult. The maturity levels between the two ages are completely different and imho no 18 year old should be interested in a 15 year old. I know youre saying it wasn't as big of a gap as you thought, but at that age, thats a pretty decent maturity gap.

Poor girl really wanted to stay home and probably would still be alive today if she had. I hope her baby girl has grown up and had a good life somehow, even though she didn't get to know he mother. I hope the whole family was somehow able to remember Sam for the wonderful person she was and rally together for her daughter. Not everyone has had miserable pregnancies, btw, my mom felt the best ever during hers and I know of others that didn't have to suffer like some of us do. We are somehow able to forget the bad parts of pregnancy and childbirth or we would all be extinct. 😂

Interesting to know the mother had that gut feeling because Sharon Tate's mother also had a bad feeling about something bad happening to her daughter... so much so I believe she had a mental breakdown about it. It's especially sad to know what ended up happening to her unfortunately. I personally believe a mother's intuition is real why wouldn't it be women in general have good six senses I believe that men do not have. Or maybe we're more in tune with it because we have babies. The Capricorn in me would love to know, like some statistics, if more mothers have had feelings like that to where things have actually happened and they were correct... like to actually categorize at versus maybe just like postpartum or something like that that where they were having these feelings like where their children were into adulthood possibly having them with one child where something happened with and another you never did and nothing happened to them I would love to know but anyways just thought I'd point that out.... anyways love you, you're great and thank you for the videos👋🤓💜

Jordan actually has been sent back into prison because she broke some rule, but the article doesn't say what she did exactly. But I want to mention the drug use, as I was an active addict for much of my life before I finally got sober. When I was young & was dating my daughter's future mom, we got high & drank together all the time. She's about 5 feet 2 inches tall & she was very skinny then, so she was pretty small, & several times she wanted to "keep up" with the amount of drugs & drinking I was doing & she'd get sick. We weren't using cocaine then, but certainly a small body can be overwhelmed, but if a person continues to be an addict, their tolerance will increase. Its also notable that men's bodies & women's bodies (in general) are different in the way that they process substances & that can be a factor. But on Jordan's claim, I think people are thinking that she drank the vodka & did the coke all at once, but it was probably over a period of time, & we would need to know how pure the coke was as well to have a better idea of its effects, but using stimulants with alcohol, makes the alcohol have less effect on you, you can drink more & you can stay aware longer. So if she was drinking over a period of time, & did the coke all at once, she'd "clear up" a bit from the alcohol. But she could also have blacked out & still doing things. I took some lsd once & drank a ton of scotch & went wandering all over & had several crazy things happen but I only remember pieces of it. Its hard to say ultimately what she remembers but I'm just saying its possible for even a small woman to consume that much & be "functional" to a degree.

But i also understand the other friends were being attacked too so they probably couldn’t help. What i dont get is why no one was there with Samantha during her last moments, everyone ran away. Later on she was also completely alone in the hospital behind the glass… no one to hold her hand. This is all just so sad. As much as you might not expect a teenager to be able to do something like that, knife attacks are scary. Anybody, with any amount of skill, in any state of mind can do a lot of damage really quick. Even as a fairly big guy with a touch of training in defense and first aid, an attack like that - even if it's from someone half my size - definitely ranks pretty high on my list of fears.

Yes, the best thing to do is to run away or call the police for help. People who get into and initiate physical fights (for no good reason) have accepted that they possibly could kill someone if the fight gets too heated. Just something to always keep in mind. They‘re unhinged in that sense and often carry weapons with them.

My mom fought hard for a year, leaving her boyfriend and getting financially stable to get her son back. Now, my mom and dad, brothers, sisters and I live very happy.

This is an awful story.. I can’t even imagine..especially as a mother.. I don’t understand how she was stabbed so many times by another small girl .. especially when she wasn’t alone.. obviously there’s a lot of detail that wasn’t shared in this telling.. but it just struck me as odd.. I personally have ptsd from DV, and I’ve never hit anyone purposely to cause harm.. but the time my friend was attacked by a much larger woman, I absolutely jumped in to mitigate the situation.. it upset me, but I didn’t hesitate.. it just struck me out of the memory banks from years ago as I was listening to this.. I’m not criticizing, I don’t know enough about what actually happened.. but.. it just bugged me.. I absolutely would have kicked her as hard as I could if she was stabbing my friend.. done something.. so sad..

I don't know why you said that the killer was 'spoiled' during the trial because she had clean clothes, brushed hair and social workers present. Clean clothes and personal hygiene are just basic human rights. And she was only fifteen so it was probably state mandated that social workers were present. She committed a horrible crime and she deserved to be punished for it but she wasn't spoiled. Ana Sorokin was spoiled during her trial, making demands and wearing designer clothing only.
