Voting for mud off the porch. Spare room for room craft / office space or card tables / game room? Small space is a perfect bar or pass through butlers pantry with shelves?

@@Jbswallen FAB! That’s the plan! Love the idea of a butler’s pantry or a bar, but that may have to happen once we have a buyer. We love making homes more custom for buyers after they fall in love with one of our houses. Great idea and thanks!
