thanks for the video, making a summary. Neuroplasticity: the brain can reorganize and remodel itself by forming new neurological connections and pathways to learn and regain skills after injury. prinicples of rehab: 1. use it or lose it 2. use it and improve it 3. specificity (set and target to achieve patient goals) 4 and 5. repetition and intensity (more is better) 6. time matters (earlier treatment might lead to better outcomes than later treatment) 7. salient matters (need to include cognitive activity into tasks and make it into learn task, goal setting) 8. age matters (younger brain has a higher chance to achieve maximal possible improvement 9. transferance and generalization 10. interfernce (spot bad postural signs and bad habits and intervene and try to correct it)

After rehab was over I got so little back I was depressed. After 3 years I snapped out of my depression and began working harder on two months I got way stronger than in the pastc3,years. I realize that the brain is powerful and we are strong. We never stop improving I am the happiest now in 3 years post stroke than ever because my hard work was paying off and as the weeks went but I was able to walk 3 times farther and two times faster than I ever did in 3,years. We need to accept that we can’t get back how we were bdire the stroke and work on what we have . Neuroplasticity is the proven thing to heal stroke patients . Not emergent not hbot. Hard work is the only way
