No he has a really good point. And its a true fact. And who told you that. Luckily for us, its not a government(military) program, its not some sketchy unknown company and its purposely build with limitations as a prevention. (Thats a good start). What he just described would and probably will happen but not with Tesla. If there is anyone on Earth we can trust, its only Elon Musk. I cant stress enough to what difference is between Elon Musk and everyone else in the world. Elon has a simple goal. Help. Everyone else only wants money and exploit everyone. And only Elon Musk has the power to think. To use his brain and think about others then him self and think about near and long term future. When Elon is thinking about something, he sees all the details and can boil down all the nonsense to a fundamental elements that clearly shows the function, process and results. But its a human nature and all the brain washing propaganda that made people think, that truth is false and wet promises are set in stone. Or maybe people jst enjoy making them suffer.

3:27 I know i'm absolutely late to the party but distinguishing between robots could be a non factor if they all had face or voice recognition. If you came across a bot and it wasn't doing something incredibly important, it could simply start casting david or joe or whatever bot connected to their network at your request. Each bot could be a terminal for the infinite number of individuals. Concurrently, if you were assaulted by a bot, most likely that bot has gps location logs that would place it in the scene of the crime. It would be as easy as pulling records from tesla to see which bot was around the vicinity at the time of the incident. And I can almost hear your little cogs turning inside your head: but what if it gets hacked to stop it from displaying that info. It could be possible. Like Musk well knows, anything is possible when you're selling smoke.

@@wyatt-mv6pd Because they may not so much "sell" the robots as "lease" them to you under a highly rigorous set of terms and conditions. Right now that's the only way to get your hands on any of Boston Dynamics dog-like robots, where you pay an exorbitant amount of money to have the right to basically test them in a professional or industrial capacity, and if you breach the ToS/Boston Dynamics doesn't like what you're using their robot for, they'll kill it remotely and send someone to pick it up. @@isaacinkwell Im maybe not specialised in making atom bombs or bots for a living. But i still think there is a kinda big difference between the two. An atom bomb is something purely designed for mass death, which also makes it very dangerous to work on. Especially when your talking about the first atom bomb ever. So the ones making the first atom bomb, won't have any experience, from the past. But when it is just a robot, that is designed to help people with there everyday life and help rescue. I think there is nothing to worry about, for anyone. Because today, we are still very far from intelligent AI. And the prototype, of the Tesla bot. Will already be here in 2022! _No hating btw._

@@thesand1714 you realise, the main reason that the laws don’t work all the time is because of two things, the Frankenstein complex, which is basically scared humans saying they don’t like robots and two, the imperfections of humans themselves. The largest point in them is that humans are evil and stupid. Please find a single story by Issac Asimov where the problem is directly caused by the rules not working and not the robot had something wrong with it.

@Pro Semite also the second law is not really doing anything Since AI would possibly evolve at exponential rate, it could just do anything before a human would make an order to him Also It could make matrix and that would be fine within these laws A lot better approach is t teach it from people's behaviour
