This festival will always have a special place in my heart for an interesting reason. One year when my family went (minus my brother who's Air Force), my mom just tells me random to call my AF brother up to see what he was doing. I do, and my brother, John, just simply said, "Oh I am hanging out with my girlfriend." I yell out loud, "YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND?!" My mom instantly ask for the phone lol. My brother NEVER dated before (even said he'd never get married). Whelp, Stephanie would be his first and ONLY gf because several months later they were engaged, she got pregnant, they quickly got married, and by the next Wurstfest, I was a 1st time aunt hahaha. They've been married now for over 16 years and have 3 kids. I need to get back to Wurstfest, I miss it.
