My father had frost-bitten feet while fighting in Germany during WWII. He never took foot care for granted. His feet and toenails always looked better than most people's fingernails. He said he almost lost both feet and he always took meticulous care of them. That taught me a lesson.

Urea actually works well. My dermatologist prescribed it for me for my treatment regime for my 2 great toenails. What I did was I applied the urea to the 2 nails and wrapped them in plastic wrap at bed time and removed the wrap the next morning and showered. After a month or two the nails had softened to the point they essentially fell off. Cheers from the USA.

The foot is SO SO important to the quality of life yet it is routinely overlooked! Makes me sad for the folks who cannot afford to have someone as wonderful and caring as you to take care of them! Perhaps someday in the future, you and/or a group of you can create a kind of walk-in clinic for folks with foot problems that otherwise would not OR could not be treated any other way. I know there's not going to be any help from your Government but by creating a not-for-profit maybe you can garner support from persons, foundations etc. Just a thought.

Lisa B I’m so sorry I lost my step dad last month and dad 8 years ago so I understand the pain. It sounds like dad lived a great life and I pray to live a good long life with all my senses. I will send a prayer your way so that you will find peace in his loss. Hugs.

@@jazzybotuwu406 and JazzyBot, you won't be the only one- many of ToeBro make me feel that way- he is a very kind decent man!
