To those interested, the impressive part was everything leading up to the fair 1 confirm. So Leo is offstage and needs to recover. Leo starts off with a gun shot, which halted his momentum, locked tilde out of a run off fair edge guard option, and made Tilde guess if Leo was going to jump after for a greedy/aggressive recovery, or recover to ledge, both being probably the most common options here. Tilde opted to scout out a greedy jump recovery with falling fair, which normally would be pretty safe and get a stock if tilde hit, and if tilde guessed wrong and Leo went to ledge, there would be enough time for tilde to begin with ledge trapping. Leo, however, recognized the fair as an opportunity for a reversal and reacted by canceling his tether into the jump fair 1 confirm. So Leo not only escaped the ledge trap, but found a reversal stock out of it. That's an impressive presence of mind to find such a powerful option in a normally disadvantageous situation.

After the nerfs combined with the execution required to play him and downsides with arsene (easier 2 frame and recovery exploitation) most people are fine with him. Only time people really complain is if they are complete scrubs
