They should build something like a walk in freezer (like restaurants have) for them to go in to cool off. If restaurants can have them why can't the arctic animals at the zoos in hot climates have them? For Pete's sake!

I hate seeing most animals in zoos but I get it. The ones that really get me though and make me really sad seeing the polar bears. Seeing an arctic animal in the zoo in the hot summer just always bums me out. Those tigers were gorgeous. I'm a cat lady though so I'm a little biased 😂😂 Hope y'all had a great time!! I need to take a trip to the Pittsburgh zoo sometime soon. It's been over 13 years since I've been there. They've gotten so many new exhibits since I've gone.

Y'all come up to the Memphis Zoo? We have moved an hour north of Memphis now, but it's still a favorite day thing to do. We definitely love the splash area by the wolfs. Not as questionable as the river up front. Saw a little tot take sqaut in it.
