wait until you find out what the countryhumans fandom has to offer. it's like this but it's pretty much normalized by 90% of its community, and not to mention there's AWFUL ships like ww2 germany x israel, ww2 germany x soviet union, etc. and then people come up with excuses and get mad at you for calling it out. i love this fandom, i've been around it for a couple years. the concept of it was supposed to be about history as its originated from countryballs (which already has it's own problems by itself) but it's went way downhill since im part of this fandom myself and the type of things that people get away with is sick edit: not everyone in the fandom is bad, and some are against the shipping and stuff! but if the rabbit hole were to be covered it'd be like a whole documentary.
