That tower would be Indestructible cause the Devil would want it to be just so he could be impaled. Decapitation normally wouldn’t kill Godzilla. He has a regeneration factor and has displayed enough regeneration feats to prove it. Not just in film but in other comics and manga as well. Plus Godzilla was already immortal in this issue after killing God and gaining his power. The writers said he gained the God Immortality and used it in Issue 5 by reforming himself and gaining back his normal body when returning to the physical world. Godzilla in this series is deathless and immortal.
