I really enjoyed this, so thank you to all those who suggested it as a song to react to. So far I'm two for two with really liking the songs from these ladies - musically flawless, great vocals, guitars sound amazing, and the piano intro and outro is fantastic - I really believe the piano is an underused instrument in rock, and great to see it played so wonderfully here.
I'll be back with more Lovebites reactions soon - please keep suggestions of songs to react to coming. As always, a huge thank you to everyone out there watching my videos - the channel is growing at a rate I can barely believe, and that's all thanks to you guys!

This is my go to song when I argue that LOVEBITES are probably the most musically talented metal band on the planet. I'm still waiting for someone to name me another metal band that could play this song live.

Not sure there are many guitarists that can play piano so well, that's for sure. Although all three members of The Warning started on piano so they could probably give it a go :-)

@@SpawnMeister666 With respect, they have no chance (and I like The Warning - I've been a fan of them since they were kids). To become a "concert" level pianist like Miyako takes many, many years of diligent practice. But even ignoring the piano for a moment, Dany is certainly a decent guitarist, but I've never seen any evidence that she can shred like Miyako or Midori. They are elite guitarists, and quite frankly, to play LOVEBITES songs (especially the solos) requires elite skills. I'm not saying The Warning don't play good music - they certainly do, and their live performances are extremely entertaining. I'm just saying that in terms of their technical musical ability, they are a level below LOVEBITES.

@@1970Phoenix I think it's an impossible thing to judge - The Warning don't have songs that have extended, shredding guitar solos, and without them we don't know what Dany is and isn't capable of. All three sisters were classicly trained on piano from a super young age, so could possibly be able to play as well. but only if they still practice regularly of course - something we don't know... That being said, I really like what I've heard from Lovebites so far, so even though I'm only two songs in you can consider me a fan, and I'm honestly not trying to put one ahead of the other - that would be like saying Liverpool are better at football than the England cricket team - they are two very different groups with very different styles, and the world is better for having both of them in it :-)

@@SpawnMeister666​​⁠​​⁠​​⁠​​⁠I agree with Phoebe. I’m a big fan of the Warning. Saw them live this year and it was one of the best concerts I’ve ever been. LOVEBITES and THE WARNING are my 2 favorite bands for very different reasons ❤❤❤ But for me it’s obviously what Phoebe writes. I cannot imagine that The Warning sisters come even close to what LOVEBITES do. All the other LOVEBITES members and many other musicians play piano too, but that’s also no argument for them that they could do what Miyako does. And Miyako and Midori started playing guitar at ages of 19 and 20 and have become that good. As a duo more as single guitarists they are outstanding and maybe the best in the business. Nevertheless the three Mexican sisters are very good musicians, a top level live band, can all sing beautiful and write the best music in their genre IMO. And they don’t have to be compared to anybody else to be loved! They definitely have the potential to become one of the biggest names in rock music.

Try Frozen Serenade LIVE next, piano, acoustic guitar, and ballet mixed in with their usual insane talent. This is Miyako's insane musical genius on display. Mixing classical piano and metal guitars with Asami's beautiful vocals. There is only one thing this band can't do and that is write, arrange and compose a poor song. I didn't find any flaws in the first two songs of theirs I heard. I'm 100% certain I WILL find songs I don't like too much, but as no band in history has ever released nothing but great songs, I don't consider that an issue
