The R.Mika default skin ban will never not be funny to me. It got to the point where when CPT ad skins were introduced a few characters had their Battle Costume 1 as their CPT skin instead of their default, which meant that players who never purchased the Battle Costumes effectively get it for free while they are enabled

An honorable mention would be the Gray skin for Mr Game & Watch in Super Smash Bros Ultimate/Sm4sh, tho it is not officially banned it is mostly frowned upon in use due to it's color scheme being similar to the dodging animation color, and since Mr GnW has very static animations it is very hard to see if he is either dodging or just falling/moving.

That's stupid. "These CS Go Skins are banned because they blend to the background." Then why don't they just make all skins have reflectors or something. The Ember Rise skins actually made the game borderline unplayable when it came out. You couldn’t see people to begin with and even if you got a kill there was no way to know who you killed, my eyes still burn to this day.

Alright just to clear things up with the whole Nyx thing, R6's cloud save for settings and skins is ass and yeah when you switch PCs it can go back to an older version of your settings and skins. Haven't played Smite for a while, and I really wasn't expecting to see Smite on a list, but this surprised me. I thought it would be the sith lord Wukong skin. He was banned because one of his abilities can change him into one of 3 different animals, a tiger with a single target stun, a bull with a multi target knockup, and a bird that grants him speed. The skin turned that ability into Wukong just holding a specific pose while energy waves surrounded him. This made it difficult to figure out whether he was using the knockup or the stun.

For me, I always thought Gill's Pyron costume was banned due to eye strain. I mean, the effect is cool but it hurts to look at with me. Scorpion's MKX Infrared skin was actually banned for this reason as players complained of seizures and headaches. Another good example are Spiderman PS4's Negative Zone and Into The Spiderverse suits. The colors contrast with the environments too much and causes a huge eye strain. Good thing they have seizure warnings in game descriptions
