In this week’s video, we explore the top three complaints I hear when people talk about their difficulties with sleep.
In no particular order, they are:
1. I can’t fall asleep
2. I fall asleep easily, but I can’t stay asleep
3. I sleep all night but I never feel refreshed in the morning
To get to the root cause of your sleep issues, you have to be willing to get curious and explore different scenarios. As you listen to the video, does any of this information resonate with you? Are you able to gain some clarity on what might be getting in the way of your sleep?
