Being a footballer in most African is tough, especially in Cameroon 🇨🇲. Doesn’t get easy we have a very few opportunities and only a handful make it pro. I mean out of the country, here despite the short comings we still go out there and put in the work. With little or no money, we complain and cry but still show up.

@@Goluremi Hey, how do I stay disciplined and consistent with training? I get bursts of energy and motivation that don’t last more than a week. Sometimes it’s so hard to wake up early and just train.. I really want to improve as a player.

How do you keep pushing yourself to train bro? I set alarms, then when it’s time to wake up, I tell myself “I’ll do it tomorrow” and end up not training. I’m 20yrs old as well, so sometimes I feel like it’s too late to improve.. did you notice improvements past the age of 20?
