Yes but if you pay attention an note the sodium content in what you have been eating you can reduce an shift over to foods that are lower in sodium an start improving you know little by little 🙂👍

You can still cut down on it by cutting out junk foods as much as possible and drinks.

Unfortunately in my country earing healthy is very expensive and so is health care. I can't even afford my kidney disease. Heck I haven't been to a dentist in a decade because no one in my family can afford it. Except for free health care for kids but not a kid anymore.

My grandpa, dad and sister salt the hell out of their food. Like the"Niagra Falls" of salt when they use a salt shaker.

It's almost impossible to avoid salt if you go to restaurants ever. I travel for work, I can't cook every day. It's sad that they think we all have this possibility. It's really hard if eating out is a large part of your life. I'm not an idiot, I don't need cooking advice, I need to know how to eat out with less salt.

ugh i’m 19 and im so concerned w the amount of sodium i take in. i eat fast food like 3 times a day 😭😭😭 this is my suggested telling me i need to get a grippp

It does. Use it in moderation to add flavor. Usually, you don't use a ton of parmesan in a recipe anyway.

No it's not to mutch salt can.make you gain a lot.of weight.fast and it Also raises yiur blood pressure. To.the point of haveing a stroke salt is not every thing

Yes we do need sodium. I've had to have Potassium pumped into me for 8 hours straight at the Hospital. Cause I wouldn't eat salt. They are talking about, junk foods, premade foods etc to cut down or out of your diet. That is the wrong salt to have.

MSG has only 30% sodium per 1 gram which is the same amount as the low-sodium version salt i can buy at supermarkets
