Cheers for the video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Sondeline Bewildering System (just google it)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for saying goodbye to your painful diabetic nerves and neuropathy minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my close friend Aubrey after many years got astronomical results with it.

Cindy why do so many pain sites omit UltraStrength TigerBalm And skinners salve? I tried BOTH biofreeze gel and Ultra TigerBalm (during warm baths), and have found them to be neck & neck. I'm a severe pain victim, so i'm the acid test. For years, while in bath, I'd also do this sequence: Dip palm in Warm bath-water. Then release 2 drops eucalyptus oil & peppermt oil onto watery-palm. Then rub the Oil-Water into my pain areas. Then immerse in bath. As for my back, ONLY the Eyxformula easy lotion applicator (without the pads) works for me. But its flimsy junk!! I release eucalyptus oil drops (or TigerBalm) onto the applicator, spread the oil onto applicator w/finger & apply to back. BTW i never tried Skinners but a friend mentioned it.

Thank you for the info. All the creams available does make it confusing. I have had tiger balm work sometimes and other times not. I think the body gets smart and builds up a tolerance to creams after a while. I do find peppermint and eucalyptus mixed with fractionized coconut oil as a carrier oil does help. We just keep searching and use what works for us as everybody's body chemistry is unique to them. Will have to try skinner's salve. I appreciate your sharing.

I have pain down the side of my leg as well~ I've been using KT tape for years, on both my leg & various other places that hurt. I figured if it works for athletes, it must help. It does!

Good Luck! Good for you being proactive with reducing your pain. Some creams work and some don't. I am always having to fool the pain. Yesterday I slapped on an ICY HOT pain patch on my hip and low back and in a half hour, the pain was gone. If nothing else, the Blue Emu is a great moisturizer!

Do you think the arnica gel is suitable for use on arthritic hands? Concerned about inadvertently getting it in my eyes or mouth, or my dogs mouth (she licks my hands)... Also the texture?

Yes, I use it for arthritis on my hands but wouldn't let the dog lick it. It could be toxic!

@@FitnessWithCindy I got some! And I find that it's soaked in by about 1/2 hr, then I can rinse and put on moisturizer. : ) I did accidentally get a bit in my mouth and it doesn't taste good! And doesn't feel too good in the corner of an eye either, but it's working to rise it off once the effect is reached, and I can feel it working. I chose the Rub A535 arnica one. So I just have to keep the dog off my hands for 1/2 hr. I can also put it on at bedtime. : ) Thanks for your reply!

Would castor oil be good for hamstrings.plz
@FitnessWithCindy
@FitnessWithCindy 3 жыл бұрын
Is it a pulled hamstring? I use castor oil all the time so, stretch gently, ice and after 20 minutes of rest after icing,. use the castor oil to massage it. If it doesn't help after a week, try another cream or combine it with the castor oil example, biofreeze and castor oil. If the pain continues, I wrap with saran wrap to drive the castor oil in deeply and even leave the saran wrap on under my workout clothes through the day. Crazy but you will find this technique on a few websites. Keep me posted on your healing.

Smart smart smart. Thank you! Scrolling through vids about pain relief topicals, while massaging Zim's Max Freeze: Advanced Formula -Muscle and Joint- Pain Relief, Cooling Gel with Menthol. Phew! Mouthful. This is a new one for me. It does work, however, they mean it when they say "Max Freeze"! NO ICE PACK WITH THIS!!! It stays cold for a good amount of time. If you don't like that icy, menthol feeling, don't use this! Edit #2. "Massaging" the gel into my lower back, hips and mainly wrists. Wrists still cold as ice after 50+ minutes.

I would strongly suggest checking with your doctor. Many creams ARE NOT safe for pregnancy. Thank you for asking.

So fun to share! I will give them a try. I do use eucalyptus and peppermint mixed in a fractionized carrier oil. But will have to try the others. I hate pain so we just keep researching and keep working on eliminating it rignt? Thank you for sending.
