Three points 1. Excellent video. 2. I think the Rail Museum of Nuremberg Germany deserves a place, which hosts the oldest and newest of the German locomotives and rolling stocks. 3. As an Indian, I was happy to see the National Rail Museum of Delhi in 3rd place. But I have a little opinion about the images. The first is apt, as it is the oldest electric engine in India, but the second locomotive is a very common class, though old, some of them are still running today. Since there are a lot of antique and record holding steam engines there, I think the second image should have been one of those. But overall very nice video. Hat's off

Hey Top ten: pull your heads out of your collective backside and redo this sloppy, poorly researched post and get real. All you did was put in 10 museums from ten different countries. It doesn't really show all the biggest (or best). For example, you should have placed the Illinois Railway Museum as #2. It has the biggest collection in the Western Hemisphere by far at nearing 300 pieces and in probably not far behind York's. AND it is privately owned and doesn't take a cent of government money, at any level. That means that it seldom has to dance to any government's tune with endless red tape and regulations. AND unlike government-owned and operated, or otherwise subsidized museums, it's not subject to budget cuts, closures, or the capricious whims of politicians or bureaucrats.

The french 'Cité du train' in Mulhouse is missing. It's the largest in Europe, and I'd definitely put it into the top five.

That’s because this video is from a filled with click-bait, who’s creators know little about the subjects the cover, and most likely put the what they first found on a Google search.

LOL!!! Illinois Railway Museum isn't on this list, yet its the largest railway museum in the U.S. Get a brain before you make a list about train museums.
