War Pig occupies a space about halfway between cool and silly, which frankly makes it look pretty awkward. Charmer's Chapeau is a bitchin' hat but just doesn't go well with the Spy's ski mask (which is hard to get rid of). Blighted Beak is cool enough, but it's so overused that it's just kinda cringey. Dunno what his beef with the Team Captain is, though. I think it's great.

The game was actually Team fortress Invasion and in that game, the commando (who was essentially the heavy as he had a browning MG) wore the helmet, he rallied up teammates and gave them boosts along with protecting them with a riot shield that much like the demoman, he could charge with, His promotional art showed him with a rappel hook, a technique originating from England to climb high vantage points and were heavily used during naval invasions against the Ottomans. Considering the opposing team were aliens, it was hinted that the commando could climb up walls much like aliens did like a lizard to access important defensive points. Much like how the spy was known as the Sapper off of WW1 history. The Commando wears the British, American and Canadian uniform that consists of a Brodie helmet and a thick brown trenchcoat. The Brodie helmet was then given to players who bought the game as the people who preordered the game was hyped thanks to Invasion’s concept. Here’s another fun fact: during testing, the commando was given the Halo Assault rifle. Some think this is the main reason to why the game was scrapped as using Halo’s likeness could have resulted in legal action against bungie and Microsoft, who are normally friendly to VALVe
