Hi Tarik. Your video is great. I hit the move on my training mate a few times yesterday and then when in half guard, he tried to bend on my upper and got a cross face. How should I proceed from that position ? Thank you.

you missed the detail about tucking the pendulum leg, that's why you come up in a not very solid position.

@@TarikBJJ oh yeah no I didn't mean it in a bad way, just when cyborg shows it he tucks the pendulum leg to come up to the knee making the position easier to finish. I guess it would be a technical sit up in a way
