How do you keep the top of the knot from closing in on itself? The airy part of the knot keeps getting covered up by the tail.

+mithrandir404 usually if you tie it pretty firm the knot holds its shape all day.

+mithrandir404 ok, I just spoke with him, he said that you will receive a confirmation email, but that they aren't automated emails, they are personally sent. Since they aren't automated you should hear from them during business hours on Monday. He said you should also be getting confirmation from PayPal
