Mr. Boogz, can you do a children's book about lifting? I could legitimately see that happening in the future. Great content!

i thought for 2 months about the decision before i started lifting shit, i had anxiety going to gym and seeing people IRL. Fast forward, after following EB advice, one and half year later im close to hitting 5plate deadlift. Im not strong, aesthetic by any means, and my social anxiety is still significant. But i sure as fuck become more determined, driven and mentally stronger person. Who would have know that i would reach this small ass channel on YT with 4k subs, and it would change my perspective on life by 180 degrees. At first i thought those doodle videos are just meaningless, but now i have seen the light. I think i will start writing the book, as similar concept to let myself out of my brain. I cant write for shit, but that probably wont stop me from writing anyway.

Was in a slump and changed up my lifting program. Felt terrifying, like I'm deserting my gains, like I don't know what I'm doing, but once I got the ball rolling WOOOOOOOO packing on size and strength in areas long neglected. Feels absolutely fantastic. Went for a full cue ball buzzcut and the reactions I've been getting are really great, social interaction at an all-time high. I feel happier, more connected and like I'm on the right track. I was scared of change but I MUSTARD up the courage to KETCHUP with my mindset and I'm RELISHING THE GAINZ.

The whole quote is "slow and steady wins the race until truth and talent takes its place". The rabbit had the talent and the TRUTH is that he won the race, but the message of the universe aligning itself and you coming out victorious without even trying resonates so well with this generation. Thank you for your videos. Keep it up.

Here's a nugget of wisdom from a random dude on twitter. Just because you've done wrong in the past doesn't mean you can't go against it now. It doesn't make you a hypocrite, you grew. *Don't let people use your past to invalidate your current mindset* The *bold* is what hit me because I love my family and friends but sometimes people who know you best can be a big negative reinforcement without genuinely meaning to be. They can make it harder for a person to believe in themself. Or eventually you can adopt a stubborn mindset and then you use that discouragement as fuel. I think confident and stubborn people will start working harder when they have a few doubters, someone to prove wrong. I don't know if you see comments on older videos but please do some atlas stones next time you see Juji. I mean, if you're man enough and all...
