Thank you for interviewing Pip! I've been following her for three years, and have so much respect for her.

Thank you. Very interesting, as always. And for a French sailor like me, it is nice to see how the VG is reported by non-French media. Also hearing from English sailors like Pip and Samuel (I’m a fan of both, great sailors, top personalities)

They are the top athletes in the world especially concerning the mental requirements. To do this alone on a super big fast boat is something. I was nailed to the screen during the last race. Thanks. They are so fast that they have to watch how fast they go in certain weather and waves.

It is quite something else! I've been enjoying the atmosphere and catching up with some friends for the past Week.

Tks for this time travel through since 1989 (Rec.: had cancer that year at age of 25). How can fly time so fast. What remarkable machines and more ... seems all sailors are humble, genuine personalities. Appreciate all the work Planetsail and the whole team puts into these wonderful productions. Felt like to be in the race village. :-) May all sailors have extra-ordinary experiences (of the good) and return safely. :-) Tomorrow I will be on board live of Boris' boat (just virtually). :-)

I fell upon this last time it was run. I'd never really been into sailing much, then this happened. Properly hooked on Imoca's now, whether it was the TJV or the Ocean Race or thus one, so good. I think it might be the way the sailors update us every day, which you wouldn't think would be interesting, but it really is unless ive now turned into a dull person !!!! I also think the idea that everyone is equal, male, female, foilers, non foilers, whatever, is fantastic. Sport how it should be. Now we just need Pip or one of the two Sam's to win 🤞. What a story that would be.

I'd appreciate comments on the "2" separate fleets, especially on the daggerboard fleet. Up to now most journalists are only looking at the foiling fleet and who might be the overall winner.

I suspect that the skippers will be the part that breaks in these brutal boats- let’s hope everyone stays safe and returns safely to their loved ones 🤞🤞🤞

Can some please share a link to the movie, 29000nm??
Pay attention ETNZ. Your air pressure blown foils wont make much duffurunce on this circuit. It takes real men to rough it through this one. Vive La France. Vive wind power.

Gee, INEOS is taking a long time to complain about this cheating, aren't they. One would be forgiven for thinking they haven't paid any mind to it whatsoever.
@joschmoyo453216 күн бұрын
@kwerk2011 They are smart enough to realise that any attempt to prove the cheat beyond doubt would be a very expensive protracted legal exercise. But the doubt and the cheat will continue to erode ETNZ'S reputation internationally. And next time your squirt gun won't escape attention until it's to late. Last minute rudder change. Pressure failure race 5 and 6. Self evident air cavitation bubbles at low speeds caught on camera. Going faster in lower air pressure. Ah, the list just goes on and on and on. 😆 🤣 😂 . Everybody who counts knows what you fool's did. The cheat of the century.....congrats on pulling it off. Next time you advantage will be lost because the secret is exposed. But not the secrets of INEOS. Superior engineering, superior tactics, superior performance without blowing. They won the challenger's cup. You stole the other one.
@joschmoyo453216 күн бұрын
Excellent. Gotta love the French spirit. And they don't cheat, unlike the Kiwi's.
@davidtydeman143415 күн бұрын
That comment is not very nice- if it were true I am sure there would have been a protest or court case like previous Americas Cups.
