Sir, I don’t want to dwell on negativity or waste my time and energy on this hub of slavery, but I think the problem is too significant to ignore. Everyone is putting in their 100% effort and is aware of the issues. I am not someone exceptionally qualified to guide them in their careers. Why do people only change when everything is already at its worst? Companies glorify themselves during the hiring process, making countless false promises, but once the reality sets in, they start exploiting employees. The solution is simple, as I already mentioned in my previous video. No one should accept an undervalued salary. There should not be any job offering a fresher a salary of just ₹20,000. Shift timings should not exceed 8 hours. Increments should not be less than 7%. If an employee is underperforming, the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is a well-established process to address it. But in our country, where food inflation has risen up to 20%, we are still stuck with 2%, 3%, or 5% increments. If that’s not a joke, then what is? People often blame a lack of skills, but that’s not true. No company hires unskilled employees. It takes a maximum of one month to learn any business process. Companies need to change their culture. People must speak up loudly and clearly. There’s no need to fear.

People don't speak against it because they feel helpless and really don't know how to fight against all this bullshit alone. So most of them resigned and left.
