Can you please tell me if the MCO said motorcycle or off-road motorcycle? It makes a difference whether you can get it registered for the street or not.

@ this is completely street legal . so, We do not see a reason for the MCO to put it as off-road. Unless, You're residing in a state where this is not allowed to be street legal. Thanks .

My DMV wants to know the following. Are the tires DOT approved. Who is the manufacturer? Does the MCO say motorcycle or off road motorcycle. This info needs to be on the website to help us decide whether to buy it. What I do not understand is they go to all the effort to add necessary lighting but not get a DOT certification. Seems to me the additional cost for that would be covered by the increased number sold due to the fact that more states would allow it to be registered for the street.

It needs either a trip odometer or a fuel gauge. Looks like it has neither. I guess if you run it until it dies and you switch to reserve assuming it has at least that, you must hope there is enough fuel to get you to a gas station or home.
