I actually found this game really cool especially with the flag choices, I genuinely wonder which countries are easier and which are harder, if they're gonna use different slang for each country, maybe even the trains will be different for each country. Thats a very cool tactic in my opinion.

The start of the game says it's based on a true story. Perhaps it's about the Ukraine war. The events/perspective may be different based on which country is picked. The trains may represent the soldiers getting deployed. The entities that have unlimited oxygen are the politicians.

The country affects the difficulty by scaling the oxygen consumption rate by the highest elevation point there. UK is going to be one of the easiest because of that.
