About the Danielle & Britney beef, it happened recently on BB Reindeer Games spinoff. Britney eliminated Danielle on Reindeer Games and it hurt her. Reindeer Games was the christmas special which was aired in 2023 i believe. They never played together before I don't think.

Correct, they never played together. Danielle was on season 3 and 7. Britney was on season 12 and 14. This beef between them is very fresh. It was last Christmas. Britney and Daniel started out working together as number 1s and Britney towards the middle of the game got suspicious of Danielle's relationship with Xavier and thought she was working on him to protect Danielle and this is because Xavier chose Britney to compete in a competition that could have sent her home and had seen them talking throughout the day and when she confronted him about why he chose Britney he told it that it was to protect Danielle, so she figured if she didn't get rid of Danielle then Xavier would continue to target Britney in order to continue saving Daniele. This wasn't exactly Danielle's intention, and she was fully committed to Britney, but Britney was still being targeted by Xavier because of Danielle even though it wasn't Danielle's fault, it was still becoming a threat to Britney. Danielle could have stayed had she won the competition so in a way, Britney did get a favor by choosing her since it gave her more time on the clock, had she won, Taylor would have most likely been the one evicted, but Daniel couldn't pull it out. It was just unfortunate for both of them, but a trust was broken between them and that's how it went down. It's really worth a watch. Reindeer games is a really fun spin-off and oozes of Christmas magic. It's great.

The obvious solution to “We can’t keep making only the women volunteer to sacrifice themselves” is that some of the men have to sacrifice themselves. And Bob actually DID say that, he said, verbatim “So, some guys have to get off this f***ing boat”. And then, at least judging by the edit, he reiterated that it’s not ok to leave only women on the raft and then immediately sacrificed himself. I don’t know what else he could have done to solve the problem in this circumstance. In others it may be different, but in this one, he identified a problem, identified a solution, put it to the group to step up and fix it, and stepped up himself when none of the men were responding. And I honestly think it’s reasonable he wasn’t the first to volunteer to maroon himself, both as a game tactic and also because Bob had until this point in the challenge been in a leadership role and was the one who managed to get the boat on track rowing correctly with his Heave-Ho chant. Edit: You mentioned how the men and women split after the first challenge and how Bob seems to have a lot of social capital. And I think it’s quite possible that’s because the women saw the majority of the men willing to throw them under the bus right off the bat and Bob was the loudest and one of the only people to push back on that. I can’t say for sure, but I really wouldn’t be surprised. 2nd Edit: To be clear, I also think Bob is playing really messy and there’s a good chance he gets sussed out. Honestly, if I were Rob, I’d probably have kept my mouth shut at the round table and if that meant losing Bob then so be it, at least there’s not more suspicion on me. But others are correct in that’s just who Bob is and how he was always going to play. I’m loving it, even if he might not go far. Edit 3: rephrased a few things

42:10 Yup, Bob the Drag Queen has a lot of social capital. RPDR has a lot of celebrity fans. Rihanna, Miley Cyrus. He was just on a tour with Madonna. He’s famously boisterous, so at first I agreed that if he was acting demure, others would clock it. But by being loud and proud, others interpret that as him being himself, and nothing changed with his behavior. It’s a lot, but he’s a drag queen. On the other hand, his picks and ignoring Carolyn…choices. I know he’s not a gamer, his cohost Monet is a HUGE survivor and reality tv show fan, so hopefully Bob is doing some unknown strategy…otherwise I’m scared. Either way, I’m entertained with him on the screen, I’m just happy he looks like he’s having fun, as his mother passed right before they filmed this season (which might explain the random tears).

Bob and Danielle need to play more under the radar, they're driving the ship too hard. Once people realize all the people they wanted them to target are faithfuls people will be eyeing them and thinking they're Traitors. Carolyn has the best gameplay so far by miles.

It makes me so frustrated to see Carolyn be treated like an extra to be dragged along by the other Traitors. It is reminiscent of her Journey right before the merge where Brandon and Danny completely discounted her and threw her to the sidelines. She has trouble communicating her ideas in real time, and it's really hurting her ability to get any sort of footing in decision making of the Traitors. Especially at the end of Ep3 in the wine cellar, they did 90% of the conversation without her and she just had to agree because she was outnumbered.

When the UK version did the Fun House Mission, they also did not number the doors so I think it's clear they weren't allowed to. The UK version also gave them less time for the boat mission which was exactly the same and the cage mission didn't even have a time limit.

So, for those who don’t know Wes Bergmann, he’s considered to be one of the biggest named male competitors in 21 seasons of The Challenge (including spin-offs), and has won 3 seasons. One of which he was paired up with CT (who was one of the winners from last season of The Traitors), and gave CT his first ever win in The Challenge on a rival themed season. He can cocky and over his head, he’s pretty prone to confrontations, especially with Bananas which had long-formed feud.

I think it's that amd also Tony has technically won $2 million from Survivor. It's a bias that the players won't say outright but that's still in the back of their minds. The mentality of "Even if he winds up being a faithful, I'd rather anyone else but him get the $ at the end"

The no revealing rule is needed in the end game because Season 2 spoiler it basically forced Kate to lose last season. At the final six, they forced her to murder, so all the faithfuls knew there was a traitor, and when Sandra was revealed she was a faithful then everybody in the final 4 knew there was still at least one traitor and wouldn’t vote to end the game until it was revealed

Tbf I think Kate was going to be eliminated anyway as there was a lot of heat on her (heck, they went all the way to F2 even after booting Kate), but I agree that this was a necessary change. Otherwise if there's only one Traitor by the finale it would be dang near impossible for the Traitors to win.

Bob TDQ is a really smart person but definitely doesn’t watch any strategy shows and you can tell bc Bob doesn’t care about actually winning but rather stoking flames. Bob is taking the Drag Race route which is ramp up the chaos and let things play out as people in the vicinity scramble. I am SO pumped Bob is a traitor and this feels like an amazing cast to ramp up the drama. I will say, the choices for elimination could have kept things more interesting if they stayed in the game bc they were both very emotional players but honestly I’m loving how Rob and Carolyn are the level headed traitors compared to Danielle and Bob 🤣 This season is off to a great start. Bob has been an activist for a long time so it’s unsurprising that he spoke up and eventually made the sacrifice himself but I do think it’s different compared to the straight buff dudes who all entirely refused. I’m actually loving when people nag players like Tony to step up. It adds to the intensity of the social dynamic. I don’t think Bob will win but I’m very excited to see how far he goes haha

u should watch the challenge. an incredible show that i feel like u are very close minded to for some reason. way more drama than survivor. and u love the drama. u say it all the time covering survivor, u get so excited over 1 character or 1 fight and u say u wish survivor had more of this. well the challenge has it every episode. and its actually unique every season. the format changes from season to season meaning it never feels like the same thing over and over like the survivor new era does. i would reccomend starting at season 10 or 12. skip s14 and s16 cuz they are mid. ik u would love the show just based on what u want from survivor. also every season is a mix of returnees and rookies so u follow characters throughout the whole series and they have incredible arcs. and long standing rivalries that u know u can count on to bring entertainment. CT has the greatest character arc in reality tv history. please believe me once upon an island

Derrick at the moment is playing the same game he played on his winning season of BB. As a survivor watcher who has watched a few season of BB I can say that Derrick played a pretty dominant game. He’s like Tony but not as loud and aggressive with playstyle. He’s laying low rn and gathering a lot of info, if he pairs up with Jeremy and perhaps the Bambi crew I think he can safely control the game. But this remains to be seen, so far this season has a lot of drama and is very entertaining.

The two canadian versions of "The Traitors" had the twist of not revealing if the people eliminated in the finale are traitors or faithful. I think it started at the finale 5 (like the Sandra boot in season 2), but I'm not sure and I don't want to watch the ads just to check. The twist didn't much affect the game I guess as both the French and English version had 2 different outcomes. The faithful won in one and a traitor in the second.

I have no idea who any of the housewives are but the Dubai lady was 🔥 for TV. Makes total sense she got murdered but I’m sad about it. Nobody was ever going to stick their neck out to bring in Rob. I feel like I’d be sus about that person coming back but maybe it’s just from seeing way too many other seasons of this show and other game shows. The Wes nod to him being retired “from the challenge” wink they had a whole big storyline in challenge USA about that. He was expected to be a huge target and probably the same with the big brother guy. As far as the edit I was feeling initially that the Efron guy was getting a smart positive edit but after a few episodes I think he’s becoming a target. Bachelorette Gabby is bringing great confessionals so far. The line about how did your season go “now I’m a lesbian” was expected but landed perfectly. 😂 she’s relatively under the radar and making alliances.

That was only the second season and it was only due to all three at the end being Traitors because in season 1 everyone revealed their status after being Banished Season 1 is also the superior season of AU Traitors because the traitors are actually rootable and the faithful aren’t a bunch of Brain dead Morons like in season 2

Honestly Rob should have betrayed Bob. Bob is trying way too hard to control the game for the traitors and of all the players atm, he's the biggest liability. His personality is so strong that people are just going to create any excuse to vote him out. Just like with Tony. Let's be honest people. Yes Tony was the only one to vote for Anya. Do you REALLY think Tony, to avoid suspicion, would murder Anya? And if the argument is revenge, she literally never targetted him (as far as I remember). I find it so weird (and funny) that as viewers we're just expected to know all the tea with these contestants. I watched Reindeer Games when it came out and it was amazing, 10/10, but it was so niche and I doubt the average reality tv viewer is even aware of its existence, so the fact they didn't even reference the show by name threw me. And as dumb as it is to take out all the Real Housewives, I kinda don't care as a viewer because I don't know them or their drama. If they'd taken the time to show clips of past contestants beef I would've appreciated it (and them) more

The season was so predictable, from a production and confessional pov, it was obvious who they'd pick as the traitors. That traitor picking scene considering it's such a pivotal part of the game would've been better off if it was slow rolled and every interview was shown while the host is walking around the table, I believe another international seasons did it that way, way more suspensful. Otherwsie cast seems pretty bland, as bad as season 2 was, at least there was a great cast.

Your opinion went down because of a season that was stacked against him? Come on the man did nothing wrong he was voted out for reasons outside the game. The traitors isn’t even a game you should take that seriously and i’m a huge fan of the show. Tony is still the greatest survivor player

@@duncan3932 The seasons are stacked against everyone. IF you are referring to gamers coming with a disadvantage it debunks itself that gamers always win and dominate the top 5 or so. A good social player is still able to create inroads, connections. Ye I could see why they would vote him out, he won over 3 million dollars on reality, however it seemed they did not like him, that's on Tony, and they said he gave them no investigation skills and acted like a snake Dan from last season, that's bad game play. It's real bad considering these are bad players, most gamers were on his side, I mean give his police oath, look everyone in the eye. You can't just pin it all to his target

@@aurei44 they did like him though, it wasn’t a hate vote out. They liked Wells too. Their main reasoning for thinking he was a traitor was his experience in Survivor meaning he would be a likely person to be picked by Alan at the roundtable. Sure you can argue he’s not great at the traitors but this is completely a different game and different scenario to survivor so this shouldn’t change your opinion on his survivor abilities IMO
