I have too many projects too. My life is a bit different, but prioritizing the few that I need to get done soon will be my new plan. I think it’s analysis paralysis for me. I actually might try yoga in my shoes. I have foot issues and need support. The cool thing is that I can do anything I want to at home! Been loving some of your recipes.

hi! that happens with mine sometimes depending upon the fruit I'm using, if it oxidizes in the freezer (Banana is REALLY bad with that but other fruits can make that happen too)

Getting older sucks especially when your metabolism slows down and it’s not so easy to keep in shape. I feel like one bad meal makes me add on fat when back in the day I didn’t have to think about it as much. It’s very frustrating. I had 5 kids 😂

I found the opposite... I'm in better shape now since having my son... I prioritize high protein and mostly nature's carbs... Have you all come across Dr Mindy Pelz? You'll learn tons from her... Balancing blood sugar is key when it comes to losing weight! ❤

Yes you could just do frozen fruit and yogurt.. maybe a small amount of sweetener if you need

I think yoga is done barefoot. I did it for 17 years and loved it. I went to norscot Manor in fourways 2 or 3 times a week. Since coming to UK I did it for a couple of years but when I turned 70 and covid hit I gave up.

I have the same problem, and whenever I up my protein intake, the sugar cravings die down. But also finding alternatives to your favorite treats! You love chocolate? Buy expensive dark chocolate, and you will ration it both because it satisfies faster and because it costs more...make cooking healthy desserts a hobby!
