I used to run D&D sessions on Fridays with my group. With my OG players scattered to the winds and my current group having sessions less often, this series is really scratching that itch for Friday night D&D. Major props for running the AI and the story like you do. This is leaps and bounds better than anything I’ve seen on tv in years.

Another great episode! I love these longer ones. This one feels complete. Not finalized by any means but I dont feel like it ended right in the middle of a session. Your story telling is on point as always. Audiobook quality and the tabletop battle ground style display only enhances that. Amazing work exactly as I have come to expect.

Party last week: "let's focus on the leaders, the other goblins are innocent and compelled to raid", "That's a noble course of action, let's do it!" Party this week: "so, we go full murderhobo and slaughter everything that moves, okay?", "Sure, why are you even asking? I even ordered the blue ray edition of Goblin Slayer!" Jokes aside, great and challenging fight! They had a few unlucky throws, but I think that while Lunaria rounding them up (man, that summoned snake really had plenty of hitpoints!) and Tronald softening the target were great moves, the rest was a bit too chaotic, with the party still not working fine together, splitting their front unnecessarily, Alexandru being rather useless despite having a martial class and Saxi trying too hard to be a tank; a good creative move would have been to unleash the Raarh against the two surviving leaders and/or have him throw the cursed/involuntary kamikaze goblins back to Braga. But, anyway, I digress: so, I guess there are still ~970 goblins left in the horde, that is going to be fun, unless Joe starts to roll for morale or the party finds some major advantage; guerrilla tactics reversing the role and attacking small groups of goblins at a pace of 1-2 patrols/day might also work.

Tronald would've been smarter to have Gobbo sniping from the top of the tower with his bow, making use of the cover. Unless, perhaps, the tied up goblin doesn't need to know Gobbo isn't his ally.

So I might have missed something with Saxi, but I am fairly sure that Booming Blade can't be used with Extra attack, unless he has a feat for it. I know that Eldrich Knight gets a Class Feature that lets them use a cantrip and then attack right after. I'm afraid that Saxi will just have to choose between doing Booming Blade, or taking two standard attacks.

Tbf the spellcasters are allowed to cast 2 spells per turn. So it’s just balance

It looks to me like he was just given the bladesinger extra attack feature to make his character cooler. Seems a little cheeky to take that away from bladesingers, but giving it to Saxiron to give him a boost as an artificer isn't necessarily terrible. It's not like it's effecting any real players. It's more about the story.

This is much like my current campaign. Large numbers of enemies, team of five. At level 10 we took on a drug syndicate in Waterdeep, over forty enemies. Best moves of the campaign.

The "Top G" wasn't so hot in the battlefield for the guy whose whole objective was to beat this goblins (Even blinding Tronald) and Lunaria stole the show in comparison and actually worked as a teammate. Good battle either way.
