Swim goggles with prescription lenses. It is difficult to swim in open water, if your eyes are blurry without glasses on and you are not able to get contact lenses.

When you realize that you already have all the stuff you mentioned, I have some suggestions 1 Xc skis, skate or traditional xc 2 roller skis or skates 3 trail running shoes 4. Studded bike tyres

Running socks are always a useful cheap gift, I get through no end in a year. A head torch for those night runs is a goodie too. There's allays a goodie selection of goodies in the GTN shop too, of course...😉
