There is a lot of keyboard arpeggios in the original version of this song, which give it a light, floating, feel. With 2 guitarists, it would have really added a melodic sound if one of them did some single note arpeggio picking. I understand it's an original "take" on the song, but the guitar parts are steamrolling the overall feel.
