I'm mixed race, of combined black and white ethnicity and after years of observation have found my specialist subject is people who spend half the day accusing people of being racists or by implication "far right" or non-leftist liberal 'white males' etc. Even before they became as rabid as they are these days, before the BLM slogan sent them into a catatonic frenzy of aggressive finger pointing, possibly while still in my teens when the rock against racism culture left me feeling uncomfortable as I've always had an aversion to banal slogans applied to serious subjects, it troubled me. Anyway I've always suspected a strange latent racism in these accusatory people simply by their obsession with the subject. It seems to preoccupy them 24/7 and they'll look for the minutest detail to convince themselves they've found it in others. Like some medieval witchfinder generals, they seem to delight in finding any perceived imaginary evidence that might reveal some unsuspecting person who expresses an interest in something that doesn't involve black people to be under the influence of dark racist forces. I've always wondered what deep psychological disturbances motivates this incessant preoccupation.

I'm mixed European/Native American and the thing that bothers me the most are the ones who kindly volunteer to somehow represent me or inform me how I should think. I live in Europe and most of the "off colour" comments are through just not knowing, not racism. Why would any psychologically stable individual want the people around them to be walking on egg shells incase they say something not quite right? It's juvenile, narcissistic and incredibly dull.

I'm a white middle aged man and I love funk, soul and hip hop in addition to classic rock, so I would be quite hurt if someone assumed I did not like them because I am white. At the end of the day, this channel is quite reasonably focussed on classic rock as it would be impracticable to cover all genres of music. For newbies, a quick glance at the reviews confirms this. Please don't change anything about the channel. I love it, including the humour and puns.

I very much enjoyed this episode! I find the trolls rather amusing. I tend to have it out with them when I leave comments. It's usually some Gen-Z who read Wikipedia on some older band and feel they are now experts. They usually end up telling me to go f*** myself then proceed to take their comments down. I get a kick out of it but I'm lucky they don't troll my KZbin channel but that's probably because I only have 3 subscribers!😆

As much as I enjoy your videos and your put downs I think the best way to deal with these trolls is to just to ignore them. Suck the life out them by not giving oxygen to their comments. You have plenty of subscribers who appreciate what you do for those of a certain musical persuasion. You don’t make videos about those that make positive comments about your work so why bother about the lowlifes who are intellectually below the ability of a slug. If you bite back at their comments they win if you don’t they will continue to be nobodies.
