I've just come back from the casino. I just watched a man lose £7,000 in five minutes. That alone might have scared me off gambling for some time to come. I'm not abstinent by any means, but it was like watching a man with late-stage cancer. That's what gambling addiction does to you. It progresses. I don't want to become that. And your podcast is a big help in allowing me to see the warning signs ahead of time. Keep up the great work.

Gambling addiction is not that bad, first of all if you are smart you can still make money or atleast go tie, second of all its very rare to be gambling addict in comparison example its weekly tradition around the world to drink alhohol gambling has no such things pretty much. Problem with gambling has different roots in my mind why is it dangerous, someone who is addicted to gambling, probably is addicted to gaming, porn, coffee, sugar alohol maybe nicotine, shopping wasting money, internet and this makes really nice combo, and gambling becomes things that drains you out last, if you werent addicted to anything else only- addiction you had was gambling its probably not that big of a problem but it unites really terrible with addiction to internet gaming porn spending maybe even sugar, so beeing without money for some time and then getting extra money than you expect is like living in a washer. If we compare 2 people one has just gambling addiction another who is addicted to a lot of things, That person who just has gambling as addiction is probably way more successfull than other one statistically

Dude, I study math and statistics and I can tell you with 100% certantly that you CANNOT make money in casino games. ANd about the "Gambling addiction is not that bad" thing. Go and tell this to the thousands and thousands of people who commit suicide because of gambling addiction.

@@einimol97 in sports betting you kinda can make some profit if you find insiders etc, but ye you have a point i gambled for long, sometimes i gambled as a joke betting 1 or few euros in reality i wanted to bet bigger amounts i just decided to use 1 eu i was surprised how many times in row i coud lose, it was incredible and i know someone bet thousands not 1, im happy with your comment actually people dont understand statistics how it is important, they go say wow you must be dump to lose this much, its not about that its about bigger sample of betting
