I have another piece of evidence that Stone is Bell. When you first talk to Park in the campaign, one of the dialogue options is that she looks familiar to you. Park is in the MI6, a British organization. Stone is also ex-SAS, which is also a British organization. This leads to showing that when Stone, aka Bell, was in the SAS, he might have gone on a mission that Park was also involved in.

Not only that, no matter what backstory you pick in the dialogue in the campaign Park is the only team member that seems familiar to Bell. Now it could be that Park helped Adler with MKUltra but then why is Park the only one that seems familiar to Bell? And Park also talks about how their paths could have crossed at a point in time. Stones Ex-SAS backstory could be the reason for this.

Theory: When you save Park, and you return to the safe house she says that she owes you. From this information could it be possible that Park saved Bell and re-brainwashed him as a way to return the favor? I know that this is a bit of a stretch but couldn't it be entirely possible? Also, just realized something else because I unlocked Stone, but he has a British accent because he was SAS, and in the campaign u can be a member of MI6 and Adler says that u picked up some of Park's accent. Also someone in the comments pointed this out as well. Also after rewatching the video, Inkslasher asked why not just make Bell a CIA agent again. To answer this it would be best for Bell to not be on the same side as Adler, otherwise Adler could have just killed him a lot easier.

two connections I’ve made between bell and stone is how 1: Stone’s selection animation has a gesture similar to that of the good endings last scenario, him aiming his hand in a gun shape to his head, then towards the camera, similar to how Adler and him could have both been shot but survived. And 2: in the interrogation sequence if you spare Park over Lazar, Adler says that you picked up Parks accent, being British, similar to that of Stones, and this could match to make this scenario canon as in the multiplayer operators, there is no Lazar, yet there is Park.

The character sheet isn’t actually relevant to “Bells” real identity, Park says she thought of making you Ex MI6 so there’s no chance of that being real (Could say she picked SAS as cover for same reasons for Stone however). They explicitly say the sheet is to condition you into the role of “Bell” (a codename that references Pavlovian conditioning). Narratively it’s a meta commentary on Role Playing Games, just having that background sheet brings you closer to that character (hence I think people want “Bell” to pull through). Which is what Adlers team wants too, for you to sink yourself into the role.

In that last cut scene if you listen closely you can hear both of the M1911's fire so my 2 theories are : 1. Adler and Bell shoot each other, Bell misses and fails to shoot Adler and Adler shoots Bell and Bell dies from his injuries 2. We do have the option that Bell is canonically male, just like how certain endings of the games are canon or not. Plus, the black screen could have been a cliffhanger. However, there is evidence for both.

@@glizzygobbler2395 worth noting the difference in dialogue between Lazar and Park depending on who you save, if you save Lazar he seems a lot more grateful and hesitant to get involved with the interrogation, most definitely because it was Park who was very involved with the whole brainwashing
