Different people mean different things, I think of something like 'withholding effort when you should be trying.' edit: lack of intentionality might be up the same alley? it can be in things like work, relationship, prayer life, or even just distracting yourself endlessly

Ascedia. Apathy, or Boredom. Participation in a lack of care, especially towards those things that we know deserve our attention. Often for the sack of things remaining in rest, or without change. To just not be bothered or invested in the work that needs doing. Seems like this is why Matt and the Friar call it the Noon Day Devil when the mundanity of the day sets in and we often desire to just escape our situation, when our call to diligently live and love in the moment is still present.
