The "situation" is that it's a rather obvious way for somebody to receive donations without having to declare them as such. That's the situation. It's passing money under the table without being subject to the rules and laws intended to prevent money being passed under the table.

I have heard that the veteran behind this company is Lee Greenwood, who also was behind the "Trump Bible" wich were produced in china for 3 dollars each, and sold for 60,- so I'll imagine that this is tha case with these guitars as well

I agree with you about buyers being non-guitar players. Strings: "magabenders!?" Pickups: "Trumpbuckers!?" This seems like a massive con and the products do not really exist. Just because DJT is hold a guitar does not mean it exists. That could have been 'photo-shopped.' Like you have stated, let us see someone who has one of these guitars. Nice video.

Sure thing, Gibson probably has a lot of these pending and filing new ones by the week. Interesting though that a vocal and pretty prominently patriotic leader-figure of economy and politics goes the same route as any Chinese knockoff "brand". Same route as in parts production and supply (Made in China), unless proven different. So, if a leader of the Western World proudly endorses a poor copy of your protected design, you as a company should rather not treat the case like any other annoying design theft or what? I'd say even more so, since people of public interest can damage your companies' reputation much easier than any of these CNC-hotglue-plywood Aliexpress companies can, and with the exact same product, that is.

I could do an hour long video about guitar makers who had copied Gibson stuff but this video was just about the Trump guitar. I'm not saying anyone was right or wrong

I bought 2 electrics, one signed and one unsigned. The unsigned is a Christmas gift for my oldest son, who plays very well while I bought the signed one for myself, who plays a little, but I have a decent collection of about 14 guitars. They have confirmed delivery next Tuesday, before Christmas. I can let you know if i think it was a smart purchase or not, but the more people complain about them, who didn't buy them, I think it was a great purchase.

Gibson just went through all that crap with Dean as well dude, I think they should have just skipped guitars dude, you can get shoe heads to buy anything, but to guitar players, they are tools dude, so there is always a basic inspection, I think the intention was to make a way over priced wall hanger, (and not saying anything political as well,) but like the shoes, novelty, coins, novelty, but dude we wanna jam so it's a different audience than the novelty buyers. That's what I think, man. Great vid dude!

I think the banner that gets slapped over the image of these guitars when they're unavailable is misspelled. Isn't it supposed to be "Souled Out"? ;) Also, under "Body shape," if whoever was designing their website had the first blessed clue, they could have said "single cutaway" -- but they didn't. Why? My bet would be because the designer is banking on Gibson doing their work for them. Gibson will file charges (they always do, and already have), and that will get word out in the public -- and it didn't cost the actual vendor a dime.

Another in a long line of Chinese knock-offs being sold by a habitual grifter. At the end of the day no one who can actually play would waste money on these carnival prizes. I doubt that even the musicians who do support DJ Fart would ever use these things as anything but a sign of fealty to the cult. 16 Creative is a marketing company, not a manufacturer of guitars. All available information is that the "business" is less than one year old.

Considering this guy's history of merchandising grift, I wouldn't hold out hope of these being very good guitars in terms of their virtues as instruments. And certainly not worth the price, which is inflated beyond all credibility on everything he's grifted in the past. All I can do is speculate, though, as I would never buy one even if I could afford it. And wouldn't be caught dead strapping one on.
