There is a lot of fear surrounding the topic of bed-sharing. I was led to believe only negative outcomes would come from sleeping with my baby. After diving into researching the topic myself, I learned what I was told was not true. Making the switch to sleeping with my baby has been by far the best thing I've done as a first time mom.
If you are struggling with getting enough sleep at night or you're sleeping away from your baby and your intuition is telling you something is off, then do your research! The more you know, the less you'll fear.
