Thank you for putting this Q & A together. This is valuable information and I appreciate you sharing your expertise. I’m based out of Ohio but I’m not a native to my area. I do fear not being able to market to a location I’m not all too familiar with so thank you for hitting on this specific topic. I’m also ashamed of my vehicle because it’s my “mom car” and I want to be viewed as that professional to my future clients. I test in 2 weeks and for my license and decided to go with CB as my brokerage so a lot of your experiences are very relatable to me. Thanks again!
