So what's his case? Just being his son doesn't give him any legal standing. People write children out of their wills every day. Although the video talks about it as a "mistake", it pretty clearly wasn't. Sounds like Charlie knew exactly what he was doing.

You will never tarnish Charley Pride's reputation as a husband and father in my eyes!! The child was innocent and deserved to have his father. Beyond that, he isn't entitled to anything unless Charley specifically stated for him to have something. That child, who is now an adult, to try to spin it into saying he was planned, I'm sorry but that was his mother wanting to give him comfort because nobody wants to believe they weren't 'planned'. It was an affair. Sorry, but that's all it was. Charley absolutely loved and adored Rozene with his entire heart.

If he’s Pride’s son the fact that Pride left him out his will is sad, but just because he feel’s he should’ve been added to the will by his dad is of no importance to his right to share . Maybe if he took a different route by having sit-down’s in private with the family he might of gotten a better outcome .
