I believe the way out of the conflict is to literally remove yourself from all fight. There can’t be a war if no one shows up to fight. Put your energy into the new way of being. With much love and compassion. ❤️🙏🏻 Let’s cooperate instead of competing. With that said, I appreciate the honest discussion!

I'm seeing a peak of humanity in her , I get goosebumps by how hopeful and compasionnate we need to be not only with other people but also with ourselves. I'm inspired , I'm elated on how raw these emotions that I'm feeling after hearing the podcast. As if getting out my inner child to learn how to play for the first time. And I'm excited of my journey as well.

I have to admit I didn't like Jameela as I thought she was an 'extreme' activist. This podcast completely changed my view of her. So refreshing to hear how she's changed. She dropped many truths. Loved what she said about wanting to bring people together despite their views. Lewis sending ❤to you also for this

You are free to express your feelings, but be prepared for the reactions. I believe if you see a problem, you can address it but make sure you have the facts and the most important thing is to have a solution. To much people have lots of talks and no solutions If you think certain foods are unhealthy, use your platform to educate people about better food choices. Don’t just go after the food industry or pharmaceutical industry without replacing their errors with a better product.

She is awe-some, we are awe-some! We are here/her-e/he-er/hear, "for" our uniqueness to be broadcast and received. ! In the recipe called expansion, all ingredients/uniquenesses were designed to exist, complement, and especially to "catalyze" the new real-ity that is unfolding.......💥💫 When we label/brand/ enslave, ourselves to an idea/ limiting belief, we begin to forfeit our true reason for coming to exist. This is how a fear based reality causes you to feel lonely and outwardly focused. WE were believed into being because our BEingness was desired for it's fantastic contribution to the whole. WE are RE-membering that which has always been within/without!!!!!!!! 💝
