Im not tired of saying this. Kratom is a blessing. I had a cervical surgery 5 years ago and had a miro infarction in the spinal cord, that makes me have pain in the right side of my body, burning pain, stabbing pain in the back, bad 10/10. Kratom helped me pull my life together, in helps with the pain, it gives a sense of clarity and hapiness. It takes a while to get to a routine and to find the brand, the color, the strain, the dose and the timing. I function very good, i love life, sometimes things happen but is a part of life. I take kratom very responsable 3 times a day with a certain dose. Blessing. Im sad that politicians, doctors and some people try to demonize it, certaninly they dont have any empathy or have been in the same situations or feel the pain in their own skin. Thank you kratom, thank you coach.

Kratom helped me quit drinking and using drugs. It helped me get back into the gym and get my life back on track. If someone that doesn’t have issues with substances, pain, or depression, maybe it’s not a good idea to start. I’m at the point now where kratom has become somewhat problematic though. I’m taking 15-20 capsules 4 times a day. Sleep has started getting rough and my gut is starting to take a toll. Trying to taper off though.

Originally, I started taking kratom to get off of meth. It definitely helped. However, I did start drinking more, not the kratom's fault. The kratom did add to the problem because it allowed me to drink SO much more. Eventually, I quit alcohol but only because I had a wreck and narrowly avoided a DUI or worse, killing myself or someone else. Through the 10 or so years that I've been using kratom, I have had a love hate relationship and have had to walk it back a few times. Those times have mainly been taking MIT45 or other potent shots improperly. I try to stick to about 24mg 7- OH now. Maybe some regular capsules too. What gets me still are these Feel Free shots. They are more moreish than 7-OH for me!

I always lower my Kratom dose when I'm drinking my regular kava drinks. If having Kratom with or near kava then cut down Kratom dose. *Feel free has both* It potentiates

Kratom saved my life 100%. There's a dark side as well, but for me, the pros out weigh the cons. It got me clean from alcohol, Crack, meth, and heroin.❤

Im totally with you on this! Happy to hear your story! Cause thats huge to say! 💪🏽 It's helped me on multiple levels too...with energy & body aches & depression. What seems to be your favorite brand? Mine is going out of business.

You're the best, Coach! I love your honesty!! If alcohol is legal, THC is legal in many places, kratom should be legal! Alcohol is WAY more problematic than kratom! This video is great 👌

🎉🎉Personal opinion.... only use kratom when you need it....only when you need it...take minimum as possible 🎉.... I used to take 10 to 20 grams powder tea a day , now I only take half to 1 grams a day once or twice a week. Just don't rely on it.... work out and do the things that hurt, while you take it, stay fit even though it hurts...know your limits ,but hit the limit , then you can relax. Kratom before ,and all more after......don't drink or take anything else at the same time...yes everyone is different

I use Kratom daily since 2007 for chronic pain management. Best n safest option vs pharma imo. But in some cases/ppl, I agree with you

It seems that we have a lot of peoples comments getting deleted by KZbin, including my own, and this is not OK in my opinion even if it’s a comment that challenges my opinion, I don’t want anything being deleted

What’s funny though coach is that one kid really was making the dumbest comments I’ve ever heard because he chose the one video where you’re talking about all these other things and his comments were quite literally exactly what you were saying in the video so it was the dumbest thing for him to do and it made him sound like a complete fool And a total idiot. In other words, it made him sound just like a completely bratty kid!
@healing2getherАй бұрын
@@growingamericagreen6559 yeah, he certainly chose the wrong video to act that way on. He seemed to be trying to take my own points and throwing them in my face as if it mattered. He’s probably just a young kid.

It's been happening to another channel I follow that's politics related. Odd
