Excellent video content. Given his age, it seems the amount of exercise he can undertake will be limited. Assuming he really did not have an invasive procedures, then he most probably had some help from at least two medications. It seems it might be Wegovy combined with Qysmia. Would a combo like this for 6 months be too aggressive a routine, or do you think it is alright under appropriate medical supervision? Thanks you.

I wonder if he"s taking the weight loss drug Mounjaro. I know two people that are using it also guided by a doctor with 900 calories diets which they are currently loosing 3 lbs. per week.

Why people even take drugs? He is not at the age to experiment with pills. I am sure his cholesterol was up through the roof and possibly he had health issues. You don’t know the side effects of these drugs in the long run. Do not risk ur health
