So glad I ran into your video. I will be teaching English in Moldova at the end of the year, and hope to teach Personal Finance/Money Management to my students. I was not sure it would be valuable to the people of Moldova, but now I see that it is. I grew up poor in the United States, but now I am fortunate to say I am financially independent.

Oohhg...this is sooo sad 😔 indeed, I felt a huge difference. Here in Moldova I spend €500/month on everything including bills, food, transport, restaurants, take away coffee, beauty & health. But i live in my own property and don't pay rent. It's a huge lifestyle difference tbh.

@AMEditionYT I'm Irish. I can see irish people moving to Romania, Moldova in the future. Reversing the flow of movement. Things feel unaffordable here in Ireland. Every hotel is full of Muslims which is a big mistake, irish government ignorant of the ideology if Islam, and Ireland will pay for this ignorance in years to come.

Hi, Im MX citizen and yes you are right, moving abroad ca be so different depending on age, language knowledge, legal status and budget. Ive been living in a few countries and have come to a certain state of mind where stress aint that big right now. Coming from a big country and now in CA (which is also big) makes travelling complicated. Your English is excellent. Living abroad can be hard if you are not in a permanent relationship with someone. But, sadly, you can never go back to the place you left - everything has moved on since then. You may have head the expression: "The past is a different country. They do things differently there." Embrace the changes. You are still young enough to go back abroad and start again.

Sounds terrible how women are treated in Moldova however even if you do not have property's and/or your career was not successful it still would not be okay for someone to brush you and your opinion aside. For example even if you have a more feminine/ traditional role of being a homemaker or a stay at home mom it is still not acceptable for these men to treat women this way. Everyone is on a different path and not everyone defines themselves by their career or property's that they have/own (Thank God) but rather by their character and how they treat others and the relationships they form with others on the way. Usually when people reach the end of their life, they only thing they regret besides not traveling more was that they didn't spend enough time with friends and family. A career that you can be replaced by in a instant and money and hard earned savings will not matter as much from a boarder point of view.
@AMEditionYT
@AMEditionYT 5 күн бұрын
Indeed, men who have no properties, no savings & investments treat women who purchased their own properties, are very well off and achieved much more in life not in the best way. I actually didn't say anything about women who stay at home. I spoke about those who work a lot and have achieved a lot by themselves in life. And spoke about men who did nothing and are not confident as men 😉 + the majority of my girlfriends earn more than their men and are much much more ambitious.

Where are you from? was not considered a rude question when I grew up in Ireland, but over the years, I've learnt that some people come here but have the expectation that you never acknowledge verbally that they're not from here. It's odd to us. It used to be rude to not ask. Nothing ruder that showing no interest in somebody. But now the ratio of foreigners to irish is so high, we can no longer mention the obvious. Anna, from an Irish Western man to you and other people across the world. We are all no bodies, but in eyes of Jesus Christ we are all everything. We all need to be humble, respectful to each other and not chasing wealth and power. Yes it is good to have ambition but never forget its not about "i" i need wealth i need knowledge, i need to change to become better" we are all perfect already. What we need to change is how we treat each other and to live our lives for our creator. Do this and you will have peace and everything you need in this life. Western values have become godless, selfish and woke. And now sadly is a dying empire.

@FromRussiawithvideo Look up, Soviets gave equal rights to all, as part of communist ideology. Look scientists, astronauts and other woman from USSR were beating West in space race and science. No one disrespects someone due to gender, more likely due to age and lack of experience.

You should come back to Dublin:))) Ireland is Ireland and Moldova is still like Africa in my opinion.... The economy is very very bad..

Hm...Moldova might be like Africa, but I the quality of my life here is much much higher. I can afford anything I want and live in my own property which I bought by myself at 26 with no mortgage.

Bad idea I did the same I am from Romania Iași.. I miss Dublin so much ... I thought that the economy in Romania changed but been in Romania for 3 years I noticed the huge difference between Ireland and Romania... Except some cities and places Romania and Moldova looks like Zimbabwe

Is that all thanks to living and working in Ireland since you were 19? You earned the money to buy a property outright in Moldova at the age of 26? How did you do that?
@AMEditionYT
@AMEditionYT 16 күн бұрын
I actually earn more in Moldova than I used to earn while living in Ireland. And the majority of my friends under 30 earn really well here and managed to purchase their own properties and live a good life 😉 The fact that I'm responsible with my finances, plan well and so on is about me and my priorities. I think I would have bought my apartment faster if I didn't move to Ireland. But, indeed I saved some money for my property in Ireland. And I worked really hard for them and paid tens of thousands os euros in taxes.

What is uncivilized about Ireland? It is one of the most peaceful countries in the world. What is more civilized than being able to walk down the street without fear of molestation? Where are you from?

It's fast becoming uncivilized just like the rest of western Europe. It's racist to talk about it of course, we just have to keep quiet and accept it.

Yes. I'm so worried about Islamism. Our government has been so stupid. Do they think that the Muslim men will adopt western mindsets, treat women as equals, reject Islam? It's going to be a very very expensive mistake. After working and saving my whole life, when I retire, I expect that the contributory state pension will also be means tested, because the government seems determined to support hotels full of illegal muslim men. It's not just the cost of it that depresses me, it's that Ireland panders to Islamic views. It denies the statistics that came out of Denmark about crime and Muslims. Ireland ignores what's happened in the uk. Parallel communities. Demographics that reject secular law, reject policing 😮😮

What is the security situation for US Citizens in Moldova? I was thinking of living in Moldova. I am financially independent that means I don't need to work to pay for my living expenses because I have income coming from sources in United States, I can live anywhere in the world . I will appreciate your helpful advice, opinion. I worked in banking and finance for many years and that helped me to make myself financially independent so that I don't have to work to pay for my living expenses. You can reply here or on my email.
