I’ve already got 4 different kinds of brain injuries. I don’t show any symptoms of pain but brain fog/forgetfulness. I basically have to write down everything lol.

I hit my head a few months ago and my symptoms are the same but also get headaches on top. Light and sound sensitivity.. isn't the best right haha but can relate.

It sounds like you’ve been through a lot with four brain injuries. Dealing with ongoing brain fog and forgetfulness can be really challenging, especially when you don’t have symptoms like pain but still struggle with the mental side of things. It’s smart that you’re writing everything down-sometimes simple techniques are the most effective! Here are a few other strategies that might help manage brain fog: Keep a Routine: Consistent routines can help reduce the cognitive strain of having to remember different tasks each day. Cognitive Exercises: Activities like puzzles, memory games, or even certain apps can be helpful to keep your brain active. Deep Breathing and Mindfulness: Incorporating mindfulness or breathing exercises can sometimes clear the mental fog and make focusing easier. If you’re looking for more personalized help, we’d be happy to set up a free consultation to discuss what’s going on and how we might be able to support you. You’re not alone in this-feel free to reach out when you’re ready. 💙

Dr. Fong, my wife is living with PCS for 13 years now. Although her headaches has reduced to less frequent but her fear of crowds is still remaining. She will get dizzy or lost control of her limps when approaching the airport security line or stand in any line. We are having difficulty going to such as Disney world, sea world, July 4th fireworks, and so on….. are there any solution for cure?

If I were you I would continue going to doctors until I find one that believed in me. I got hurt when I was younger many times and it was pretty traumatic and no one ever helped me but when I got hurt in 1994 that changed my whole life. Then recently 20 months ago, an idiot rear-ended me and I have symptoms now that I’ve never had in the past because of the re-injury of my brain. Before I could’ve had just only eight symptoms or so and now I have several more. Finally found the doctor to help me 30 years after my neck and brain injury in 1994 while filming in a movie 😢
