First,I was super excited to see this "Mardi Gras" as the wife is from that area..2nd, i appreciate you trying different styles.On the thread wrap the chrome washed out the colors (green, purple, gold) but the colors were much more prevalent on the mesh (Dragon scale).I guess what I was looking for was a prominent display of the purple green and gold I.E."tiger stripes".But I'll keep watching and learning ..great vid none the less and thank you,,Well Done!

What if you went with a smaller blank like an ultra light with a smaller diameter might show a better pattern.
