Well... if alicorns are some shprt of "Frankenstein monster" that Starswirl created, then Discord can also be one of these experiements. The difference, though, is the way his supposed creator (or other ponies) treated him... it's much easier to consider two pretty alicorns as godly, while a chaotic Draconequus, a "mistake". And following the "Frankenstein's Monster" logic, you know the rest. The creator abandones his "unperfect" creation without reflecting the consequences of such action. Discord never had a friend before Fluttershy, and it was her act of kindness that turned him into a better pe... I mean, Draconequus.

Why I think flurry heart was born a alicorn. From what we know to become a alicorn you must create new magic and/or do a good deed to prove if your worthy. This can actually apply to flurry heart even when she was born as a alicorn. Let’s put it in perspective shall we? When flurry heart was born she had already done a good deed and creating new magic. How and why you may ask? Well, for the good deed - she was born between the two new rulers of the crystal empire ( princess cadence and shinning armor) why this counts as a good deed is because with a new birth of new rulers would spread hope upon thousands of ponies if she was alicorn or not. For her creating new magic she seems to created magic of “crystals”. Ever since she was born she’s been linked to crystals and the crystal heart. The crystaling, her being able to somehow destroy and recreate the crystal heart and etc. Her future actions and destiny can speak for the reason that she was alicorn. Plus it doesn’t hurt to add that cadence is the only alicorn to give birth from what we know. But after all it’s just a hunch, so take this theory with a grain of salt 😄

Her future actions doesn't mean she can be an alicorn just like that. For example, if the universe had planned for cadance and twilight to be princesses [canon events, as in, it was already known that supposedly, flurry would have done good deeds] that have done good deeds, they should have been born alicorns. Everypony expected flurry to be a unicorn/pegasus. There was a small guarantee that flurry wouldn't even be a princess so I find your very well planned out theory to be false.

Yes but here's the thing, flurry heart being born an allacorn makes sense because out of all the princesses, Candence was the only princess to reproduce. The rest of the princesses didn't have children. Cadence's allacorn genes were more dominant than shining armour's unicorn genes therefore, flurry heart was born as an allacorn

But again, the love theory does make sense here as well Flurry heart was born with the same love and admiration as all the other princesses because, well shes the first princess baby, of course people are going to look up to that little baby.. The love and admiration gained by all the four princesses could also be another reason why each one is a ruler.. I think the theory was good at first and if starswirl did invent it then the vid’s theory focused on the magic (as he didn’t know much about friendship) so he made a spell for celestia and Luna. However, for twilight and cadence, I think they did what sunny did in G5. No, not making a speech or anything, more of friendship from all tribes and stuff because that’s what happened when the friendship heart was formed.

If you watched the last mlp episode noticed how Twilight also got a flowing mane so i think if you are an alicorn as time pass you start getting stronger magic and your height also change so i think once you have enough alicorn magic you get a flowing mane so I think Twilight and Cadence just don't have enough alicorn magic to get a flowing mane.

I don't know if somepony created alicorns, but i think that "creating a new magic" or "doing a princess-worthy deed" is not the only thing needed to become an alicorn. Because when you think about it; the pillars used to raise the sun and the moon or just Rainbow Dash made a sonic rainbow, she made the impossible! Or our super powerful pony Starlight or Sunburst who repaired the Christal Hearth... But why didn't they become alicorns? I think there is one more thing required here: Leadership. To me, the magic kind of knows who the next leaders should be. Just think about it; have we every seen an alicorn that isn't ruling at some point? Maybe you'd say Flurry Hearth, but in the finale, Twilight says "she's(flurry hearth) Equestria's last hope if we fail." It is certain to me that she is fated to rule.
