Sean also denies countless scripture, and doesn't trust the Bible and literally promotes satanism, glorifies researching demons and satanism. We know them by their fruit. Every single group promoting these pseudepigrapha and apocrypha texts is also promoting satanism. Very common in flat earth circles. Yes we know the deceptions of earth and outer space, that doesn't mean flat earth is true. There's levels to everything.

Yeah the calibration is not a problem because you calibrate the start of the year using the Menorah. When the year ends doesn't matter, it only matters when it starts. All feasts and festivals were over in the first 7 months. So 364 solar year is perfect because everything happens at the same time always not like the current jewish/babylonian calender that's all over the place and everything is different every year. Yehovah is a god of order not of disorder and chaos. He doesnt leave his set apart days to chance of people spotting a new moon or adding a 13th month to a calendar. That number 13 itself should raise red flags.
@WashYourWorld2 ай бұрын
Exactly. No one considers the fact that Enoch says that the course of the sun will be altered in the time of sinners. So maybe it is not possible to reconcile 364 days with 365.25 days, because of this

The Cepher. Is that a Bible that is put together by a Mr. Pigeon? I'd like to hear about the process by which any Bible is put together. Does a committee need to oversee the wording or any alterations made to the text? Are there any seals of approval that it has to meet before it is published? I mean, Moses was raised by Egyptians,and that would explain his use of their Callander. Plus,the hole in the middle goes all the way through,giving me to think that it was for hanging it up. Plus,according to a Christian who died on the operating table for an hour and a half,and was caught up to Heaven,and met and spoke with Jesus, when Moses was on the mountain to recieve the Ten Commandments, God made one of the men with him a speed writer,and another to dictate what was to be written down. God explained that the first books (the old testament) was written for the worthy,and unworthy alike,but the latter books were for the truly Holy and wise,who had more understanding. Also,while Moses was up there,and God told him He would shield his eyes until He had passed by him,and show Moses His latter parts, God was talking about the millions of years from the beginning of time. This was according to a modern day super apostle who I trust,and who has been verified by a seperate,unconnected modern day prophet. The Holy Ghost confirmed that this man did come to Heaven(after he died on the operating table) to see Him(Jesus).

Jubilees is canon scripture, Jubilees was found in today's modern region name qumran, the true ancient name of that region was called bethabara. Who in biblical scripture preached and ministered in that area? Nonetheless john the baptist himself, a rightful keeper of true scripture, a decendant of the levi priest who were the only ones authorized by God to be keepers of scripture.
@DavidWilberBlog Жыл бұрын
Respectfully, no, not even the Qumran community considered Jubilees "Scripture." They adhered to the same three-fold canon as other Jews and Christians of the time, which we know excluded Jubilees.
@bbl361 Жыл бұрын
@@DavidWilberBlog how do you know exactly what that community held as scriptures ? Jubilees and 1.Enoch are among the most represented copies found there in Qumran, copies of the same scrolls implies a library. And if you know scriptures, you'll know David organised the levitical priesthood and set the function of scribes among others and more importantly, JUDAISM DID NOT EXIST, they had Torah given to Yasharel (Israel) , they didn't practice any Judaism.....nowhere in scriptures you find that expression. And you'll notice the apostles writings quoted from Jubilees, the concept of a day being like a thousand year(Peter) to the Lord is found in Jubilees. Paul calls Satan the prince of the powers of the air, only Jubilees gives account of how Satan, or prince Mastema as Jubilees calls him, came to be prince over demons (the powers of the air) and how or what is a demon, only Jubilees. Paul says the law was given under the disposition of angels Gal 3-19. Luke says the same in the book of Acts. Those are not scholars and they endorse Jubilees as scriptures. Repeating the scholars and their consensus is lazy, do yourself the testing of the books, in parallel with the "accepted canon" and draw your own conclusions and stop parroting other people's(scholary consensus)ignorance.
@DavidWilberBlog Жыл бұрын
@@bbl361 Thanks for the question. I am confident in my knowledge about what the Qumran community held as "Scripture" because I have conducted extensive research on the matter and drew the most plausible inference from the data. You should try it. Repeating people on KZbin and their anti-biblical theories is lazy. Look at the sources yourself and draw your own conclusions and stop parroting false teachers' ignorance.

A note on Biblical canon. It is not only the Ethiopian church that has a looser idea of what a canon is. The Eastern Orthodox Church is the same way as well. Essentially, what is considered canon is what is read in liturgical settings primarily, and anything considered authoritative generally. Jubilees and Enoch are not considered canonical in the Eastern Orthodox Church, but many Church Fathers considered them valuable and truthful in many ways. There is also apparent quoting of these extracanonical writings in the canon itself. This is a really fascinating video. You should check out Lord of Spirits from Ancient Faith Radio if you haven't already. Fr. Stephen De Young and Fr. Andrew Damick talk about this sort of thing at length. Seraphim Hamilton is another good channel from an Orthodox perspective. Again, great job on this video. It's really good.

Thanks, dear Brother, for another really helpful video! You're a good kid for taking the time to make these! I tend to point people to you and 119 when they start with the apocryphal works stuff, but because so many have been bringing it up - Book of Enoch in particular, I finally did some research my own self and came across "scribal culture." (Maybe you're already knowledgeable about it?) Of course, I didn't agree with everything, but it kind of put some things in perspective about these writings because it was pretty thought-provoking. In the same way that there's great interest in fan fiction and graphic novels in our day, there was great interest in pseudepigraphical and related works, especially around the 1st and 2nd centuries. So, maybe the reason the Dead Sea scrolls contained (fragments of) Enoch, e.g., was the same as the reason we might examine them today - not to see them as "Truth" but as entertainment and/or a taste of the culture of that time. Having read the Book of Enoch, I can honestly say it reminded me very much of the Book of Mormon. God bless you and your dear ones. Shalom!

When Jesus had His ministry,and rose from the dead on the third day,He fulfilled the Prophecies and made all things new. It was while He was alive before the crucifixion,that He decided to also save the gentiles,and after His resurrection, and after He was caught up to Heaven, Paul witnessed the gentiles, recueve the Gospel, AND recieve the Holy Ghost after being baptized in the name of Jesus. So in the days of Moses,and in the laws he brought down,it was wrong to mingle,or eat with gentiles, but Jesus changed that by His abundant Grace. The two times that Jesus was recorded to have marveled,were both gentiles. The woman(who washed His feet with her tears,and anointed His feet with frankensince or mirr (I can't remember which one but it was very expensive at the time), and the Roman centurion who said that all Jesus had to do was say the word.

Jubillees was a popular text in the first century, it's popularity may have been a reflection of it's acceptance, meaning it was popular because it was accepted. Some evidence of it's acceptance may have been Acts 10. As jubillees prohibits Jews from fellowshiping with gentiles and Peter quotes that it is unlawful for Jews to fellowship with gentiles. This commandment is not in the Torah, so where does this idea come from is a question that I know I have asked along with countless others to no avail. The fact that God himself rejects what peter believes and what jubilees clearly states iis evidence enough for us to conclude Jubilees is not inspired.

Lots of conjecture spoken there 🙂 The way I see it ? If the book of Jubilees does not contradict the Torah or the new testament scriptures , if it is in agreement with God's word then it is for him and not against Him. The book starts out saying what it is : The Angel of presence spake to Moses according to the word of the LORD , saying ....................... When I read it I hear the same voice as I hear when reading the Torah and the new testament scriptures. But I hear additional detail that coincides and enhances what scriptures say. I believe knowing them both gives insight and understand to truths that can not be known by separating them. 🙂 If you know of something that the book of Jubilees communicates that is not in agreement with what you are caling inspired scripture , I would like to know what that is. But leave the conjecture out of it. Shalom ✌

I can write something and in 2000 years it could be thought to be divine inspired. Even if the writer had intentions to be true to god its good enough for me, because inside the book is some wisdom you can not get in any other books.
@JasonDeville-fi4dh14 күн бұрын
If I have intentions to write a new inspired book and then I go and write a book, I would be pulling my preconceived knowledge on religion dating to christ, that's only 2000 years ago, this book was written before that, and if he was modern in that time, his words will be from knowledge 2000 years before his. I do believe if you trace it back to the original two humans and you ask them what happened, they will tell the facts from eye witness. The farther you go towards the re-telling of the eye witness the better. I like the book of jubilee and I will follow the laws on the book. The authors intention are good. Who's the author we don't know. He doesn't want fame or money.
