I would never have known about what was happening in my body with perimenopause and all these symptoms if it wasn’t for this amazing woman.. thank goodness we do have platforms for that women can talk about their experiences. Because of course I was prescribed anti depressants when I went to my dr. I’ve now been on HRT and it has really made the biggest difference.

Dudes! I love when Chalene is on. There is an ease in your synergy with her and the outcome is great. I started following her after your last interview with her and love her content as well. I am in her age group and love that you have folks like Chalene, Dr. Jolene Brighten, Dr. Tyna and Dr. Estima to talk about female hormones. The more we and the men in our lives are educated the better. Thank you.

What a fantastic episode! I love you guys and Chalene! I have learned so much from all of you. Watching Chalene made me start BHRT. Both of you have made me realize the importance of resistance training especially for us women who are in post Menopause. Thank you all for everything you do!

Quit alcohol one year ago, and it helped to mute many perimenopause symptoms. Also broke my plateau on belly fat loss. I appreciate Chalene's point about reducing the alzheimers risk so my kids won't have to care for me or watch me disappear. Our health-conscious choices are way more valuable than those insurance premiums.

As someone who came out of one of those fitness 'cults', I hated when you saw them say and do things that make you go, "wait a minute, that's not authentic that she got results from YOUR program, or consuming YOUR supplements!". But you're not allowed to question it. You are right, I breathed a HUGE sigh of relief when I left that "fitness" business!

Beach body is where my fitness journey began 25 years ago. In my beach body years I was in tip too shape, I had never looked better, felt better, been stronger or faster than the first 10-15 years I did their programs. Right after they started streaming I dumped them. Chalene is correct - they put out solid large programs that were innovative, effective and better than anything else that was available. Then it all stopped. I joined the streaming service waiting for another great program and it never came - it was a bunch of amateur “ trainers” with random workouts that were either dumb or hard to follow. I do have dvds of the good ones and those carried me through for a while but my 45 year old body didn’t appreciate the intensity and was craving something lower impact with more resistance training and started following MAPS. Beachbody was great for its time but they sold out and I imagine they will bankrupt themselves in the near future

My story’s very similar. Made the company millions and the company took over the USA from me. No warning. No buyout. Blocked me. Just took my contacts and trainers and ran. 😢 I was devastated as I created a team all over the USA and helped them grow from Australia. Very selfish and greedy. They saw my house and g wagon. Noticed I was making a lot and got mad. Even though I created the entire company structure and training. It’s nuts how bad people can act re money.

I really enjoyed the last podcast chalene was on, I also started years ago with beach body and have learned and grown over the years. However I'm curious if she loves her new muscle and heavy lifting why wear all black completely covered and briefly just hit the buzz words for heavy lifting. Maybe it's just my skepticism.

Covered by insurance lol 😂 😂😂yeah what is? Insurance just denied my nasal rescue medicine for my epilepsy….yes…denied completely…why have a rescue med for a seizure when I can just seize and die. Insurance is a joke, once we all accept that and move on maybe things can change.

I love Chalene, but in one breath, She said, you can't just do 4 out of 5 things as you get older and you have to be more on point.And then a minute later, she's saying, rely on your intuition

Maybe you should listen to the idea of being more broad in your topics, not only to people who want to “loose fat” a lot of your listeners seems to enjoy when you guys talk about parenting, share what you guys been able to learn with all the contacts you got to meet throughout time, there’s a lot of loyal listeners who are the people who listens to all your episodes (for the most part of course) since we listen all the time, it gets tiring listening to the same things in a different context, however, you guys are entertaining, and we love the energy, but I think it will be better for your loyal listeners to just talk about different topics… take it into consideration 😉😊
@SunshinyDay442323 сағат бұрын
Speak for yourself. That's the reason I listen. They might repeat topics but there's always a new twist or a new guest who adds to it with new information.
@jessicabosch582322 сағат бұрын
Listening to the same thing in a different context is what helped me to actually make change and improve my health. Sometimes it’s just hearing the message in the right way at the right time where it starts to resonate.

I actually found Chalene thru her Build Your Tribe brand with her son, Brock. It’s cool when interests converge like this. And I think she follows me on TikTok.
