That statement, "You fall and break your hip, you die of pneumonia."; hit me hard. That's exactly what happened to my 66 year old father. It also didn't help that he was an alcoholic and extremely detrained. I'm 54 and restarting my fitness journey, thanks for all the great information guys!!

it’s easy to drop calories and loose some weight. It’s a whole different world trying to cut calories and still meet protein needs.

Tom Bilyeu with Mind Pump?? Awesome.
@shapelesscharmsАй бұрын
Ooo you guys should put that progress bar on your videos since you don't use timestamps anymore
@jennekleinleinАй бұрын
They won’t do that, as they don’t want listeners fast forwarding. It either doesn’t count as a view when we do that, or they don’t get paid for that view, or something like that (I can’t remember). But, either way it affects their page somehow.

When will Tom learn that when interviewing a person on his show not to talk over them and make the show all about himself? Unfortunately, by him doing that, it is really hard to concentrate and move forward with momentum of what the guest is trying to say on the show.

the other thing is people run on hard surfaces. if youve even run on soft sand or dirt, you will learn to run properly. also air runners are good because you almost have to run on them correctly

Guys.. love watching & learning.. but it looks like a majority of your followers are asking for timestamps, which I agree with. It's simple editing to give your followers a small ask

im a runner, and strength training has a much better anti depressant effect than running does. running is still good though

I don’t know about the rest of the ladies here - but I preferred having our own pink room to workout. They had heavy weights also. The difference was no meat heads grunting and hogging weights-men are painfully slow and take ridiculously long rest periods. The women’s room smelled way better and I didn’t feel like I was on display. Women don’t stand there and stare at you like men do. I think Sal is unnecessarily offended on behalf of women. I’d love to go back to that set up.

The host should listen more than he speaks. He should ask questions, he is not answering. What’s the point of inviting experts if he’s going to pretend to be one. His wife does the same thing. They love hearing themselves speak or have a need to be validated by how much they’ve learned.
@thenobleberean1940Ай бұрын
I see all types of creatine. What is the most effective one?
@crystaldingman773Ай бұрын
Monohydrate. It is the only form with enough studies to support its use. There is no real evidence to suggest that other forms are better or even equally as good. Monohydrate is readily absorbed in a form the body can use and its effects and side effects are well documented.
